    We had the pleasure of working with Airica. Airica was awesome from the minute we stepped in the store. Very helpful in listening to what we were looking for, grabbing sets to try on, and then getting us out of there on time. Great experience all around with Airica in Oak Brook!

    We just stopped by the Warby Parker at Oakbrook Mall to see about sending in my daughter’s glasses for repair. ( Her Dad accidentally stepped on them!) We figured it’d take a long time to get them back but we’re so pleasantly surprised that Harrison fixed them right then and there!!! Both he and Airica were so great to work with! We will definitely be back for our future eyeglass purchases.

    I stopped by this location on the very last day of the month and the last day of the year, and despite how busy that time usually is, I was treated with genuine kindness and professionalism. For context, I had recently completed a full eye exam elsewhere and was provided my prescription. The exam was thorough, but requesting my PD felt like asking for classified information. Since I wanted the freedom to shop around, that experience was disappointing. By contrast, the associate who helped me here was exactly the opposite. Although this store did not accept my vision insurance, she was incredibly friendly, courteous, and understanding. When I asked if she could take my PD (pupillary distance) measurement as a courtesy so I could shop online later, she immediately agreed — with a smile — and took the time to do it properly. There was no pressure, no sales pitch, and no obligation — just a sincere willingness to help. That simple gesture meant a lot and truly stood out. I absolutely recommend this store and will be returning myself very soon when I’m ready to purchase my next pair of glasses. Thank you for reminding me that genuine customer service still exists.

    5 stars and nothing less! Michelle knew exactly what I wanted and helped me find the perfect frames in less then 5 minutes, honestly that was a moment . Everyone was so attentive and kind. I had such a great experience at this Warby Parker . The frames I got were just shades but I loved them so much I was convinced to bring in my prescription and got the same frames with it. Literally perfectttt. So excited to go get my THIRD pair soon, not to mention the process is super easy no hassle, THANK YOU .
