Not too happy with the receptionist. You have to wait for her to acknowledge your presence. I thought this was a one time occurrence but, nope. Happens every time

Kind of an inconvenience to not be able to pay your bill online. Apparently billing closes at 330, and most people work until 4 or 5.

I have only been there a few times. Starting with new patient, lab work, seeing the Doctor and nursing staff I must say I felt very comfortable and was treated quite well. I have oncurring issues with anemia.
Infact, I go for a blood transfusion today. And, as before I was treated extremely kind from checking in, lab work, and the Infusion. Caroline managed my Infusion by making me feel very comfortable and often checking in on me.
I like the place. I feel very lucky to have been treated and taken care of by a very kind staff. Thank you!

Dr. Sriratana and his staff all took excellent care of my 84 year old father when he was diagnosed with lymphoma. Dr. Sriratana even took calls on weekends when my father was experiencing issues and provided calming direction. I just cannot even express how grateful we are for Mid-Illinois Hermatology and Oncology Associates. My father felt he was well taken care of and attended to during his RCHOP and other chemo treatments. Dr. Sriratana also presented the facts and thus my father made his own decisions. My father immediately chose chemo, even at his advanced age and with his health conditions. My father had no regrets at all about his choices, his care, his treatment, etc. Dr. Sriratana adjusted the treatment plan based on my father's reaction to it, made arrangements for follow-up tests as needed, and they have all of the resources there....such as dietician, etc. There is also a system so I could access my father's test results, see his appts and send messages, which were promptly responded to. I hope I never need to use their services myself, but if I had to, this is the place I would go to. It's also a calming environment, very peaceful. Thank you to Dr. Sriratana, nurse Lyndsey and all of the staff at Mid-Illinois Hematology and Oncology Associates. We are truly blessed to have this facility in Central Illinois with three oncologists that, if I counted it right, have over a 100 years experience between the three of them! It was also just five minutes from my father's house, and five min from the OSF hospital, which is also excellent. What more could one ask for? Thank you all.
