Dr. Pandolfi is amazing. The level of care he provides is unmatched. Unfortunately, the office leaves a lot to be desired in terms of client care and soft skills. In my experience I felt Kate had a bad attitude and seemed more interested in trying to find reasons to say no then trying to assist me with scheduling. She kept trying to state reasons why my insurance was out of network (when it wasn’t) then tried to get me to hang up and call my insurance when I had already verified that they were in-network. Very frustrating experience when trying to get follow up care as an already established patient.

My total experience was very good. Easy to schedule Staff where very professional and very friendly Dr. Gundlapalli is one of the best doctors and she treats you like she is your family

I never leave reviews but I wanted to share my experience about this office. I had a colonoscopy a few weeks ago. From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Couri was fantastic. Thank you all for taking such great care of me.
