- JPJulie PetersJan 23, 20251.0Beware- This practice has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. I'm a model patient and a mental health therapist. I have never been spoken to the way the doctor at this place spoke to me today (Dr. Renata Jenkin). When this practice was Soderstrom, it had a reputation for terrible bedside manner, but I thought, as it had been many years, that possibly things had changed. I decided to try their Morton location. BEWARE: Nothing has changed. The doctor was rude, confrontational, and completely devoid of empathy. She should be ASHAMED of herself. I honestly don't know how they stay in business. Patients should demand better. I am truly shocked. (Disclaimer- Daniel the RN was lovely and tried to be helpful.)
