- BBBob1 day ago2.0Everything was fine while I was at the site. The problem was that my only purpose for being there was a post surgery return to work physical. I went to work that day thinking all was good. My manager called me 15 minutes after I gave him the Concentra paperwork stating that I was NOT released for full duty work. It turned out to be an error that had to be clarified on the phone by my manager while I waited instead of continuing my work.
