Kristina melted my heart with her smile and sympathy. She efficiently processed my documents and had me ready for my appointment. When I was called in, I was cared for by Claribel. She was expeditious about what was required by my employer. Both Kristina and Claribel are worth their weight in gold. I hope Concentra is taking good care of them. Employees like Kristina and Claribel who care for difficult people day in and day out and still manage to do so with a smile, are hard to find.
- ZHzahra husnainNov 3, 20251.0Very rude front desk, very non polite and unappealing, also their drug screen was down and noone had idea when it would get back up, i asked her if she could give me a call when the system is up and she said no i cant do that u can check urself by calling us tomorrow, i felt very uncomfortable with her attitude, then i waited in the room for about 35 mins just for the doctor to come see me and it was like they forgot i was even in the room. I would hope i never had to go back to that office specially that location!!
