- RNRanson NorrisDec 15, 20251.0The Moline office was very unprepared the day I went it, I had to do a DOT physical, the staff lost my urinalysis sample and acted like I never did it until a new employee told them that yes I did as she took the sample from me. The Dr was very unprofessional and said “ you’re fat lose weight “.. I was left sitting in a room for over 45 mins while they tried to figure out what was going on. Never in my life have I felt so disrespected at a Drs office.. I e called the office 2 times and no one will return my call as there seems to be NO accountability there, I want to file a harassment complaint at this point
