Had my pair of glasses done and were not correctly made. I have been calling daily no answer and left a voicemail and to return my call and has been 2 weeks no reply. Worst customer service.

Disappointed… I was here getting eye exam and ordered contacts. That part was good. I had to schedule another appointment for an additional test. I was called to confirm the appointment the day before and I confirmed. Now the day of appointment for the additional test I am told in person at the location that the test can’t be done and I will have to reschedule. This is a training issue that should be addressed. The first issue is that apparently staff should be putting notes when making appointments so staff knows what the appointment is for and secondly the person calling to confirm the appointment should have asked for reason of the visit if there was no comment. The lady that was checking me in also didn’t really acknowledge that she will speak to the staff about the issue. Hopefully she will…. Update: after rescheduling and leaving my insurance information, I arrived the day of the new appointment only to be told my insurance is not accepted. So they had a copy of my information to verify ahead of time and they didn’t. They already gave me a bad experience and they couldn’t have done their job to avoid yet another bad experience. Once again they wasted my time for them not doing their due diligence. This office needs major retraining. I will NOT be going back to this place. You should just write wasting people’s time under services provided.

Two stars because Dr Lang is a gem. Firstly, the sales associates/assistants or whatever they are called, too many of them and are useless. It’s more young non opticians than doctors and opticians. The problem with this is they can barely assist when there are issues resulting in needing a manager most often. They are nice but they lack professionalism. Too many of this can barely work the equipment or have the basic knowledge to assist with minor issues. Sadly, Emma the manager is rarely there. Never receive a call back when glasses are ready. The culture there is not diverse either. Where are the Asians, Caucasians, Hindi, and African American employees? This area is not a Mexican only community. This area is diverse yet they only hire females of Hispanic decent which seems a bit racist. The blame cannot be put on being bilingual because there are tons of people that are bilingual and tons of people that speak English. Only one Caucasian female optician at this location. If you are Caucasian ,Asian, Indian, or African decent you will not be hired here unless you are a doctor. Lastly, this location is expensive and when you have issues they hate to refund.
