Sandy helped us throughout the process and was incredibly informative, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain our options, answer all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with our choices. It can sometimes feel overwhelming choosing new glasses, but Sandy made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Her friendly approach and expertise really stood out. We truly appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Sandy to others looking for new glasses! 👓

- CCCristinaFeb 10, 20261.0Dr. Lang is consistently exceptional—professional, thorough, and the sole reason I have returned year after year along with my family and have recommended several friends and family. Unfortunately, this visit was overshadowed by an extremely unprofessional experience with Lori that I cannot overlook. My daughter clearly stated she was looking for inexpensive frames. Rather than responding respectfully, Lori mocked her choice of words and then repeated and broadcasted her request to other staff members, using the term “cheapie” as if it were something offensive or laughable. This was inappropriate, unnecessary, and deeply unprofessional. A patient’s financial preferences or limitations should never be ridiculed or shared with others, regardless of wording. Lori does not know my daughter’s reasoning for needing inexpensive frames, nor should she have needed to. What made the situation worse is that my daughter was also told the office does carry affordable options—making the correction of her language feel condescending rather than helpful. This interaction was embarrassing and upsetting, particularly for a young patient, and reflects a lack of discretion and professionalism that I do not expect in a healthcare setting. While I have been a loyal customer and truly value Dr. Lang’s care, this experience disturbed me enough that I will not be returning to this location. Respect for patients should be non-negotiable.
