  I had a beautiful experience with Dr. Jamaleddin — he was so kind, professional, and efficient throughout my entire procedure. He made me feel completely comfortable and well cared for. Nada was also amazing and did a wonderful job during the process. Truly A+ service from start to finish! Highly recommend!

  Screwed me and my daughter out of our appointment times on three occasions with no communication setting back our healthcare by months. Also, they butchered my mouth when I had an implant come loose, they told me that all they needed to do was tighten the screw, they ended up breaking my implant, then charged me for a new one, then during that procedure they took lasered away my gum line, leaving a hole in the front of my mouth, then they tried charging me an additional 3 grand for a gum graft until I threatened litigation. This is a place of nightmares!

  I went in for a routine cleaning as well as to find out what could be done about a gap in my premolar teeth. The whole appointment took almost two and half hours which is absolutely insane. Especially since I only saw a dentist for 5 whole minutes at the end of the appointment. The assistant and hygienist were very nice but I did not appreciate the dentist’s candor/patient interaction. After two hours of X-rays, a cleaning, and lots of waiting the dentist walks in basically just telling me all these things I’ll need to do and then goes “you can work with the staff out there to get a treatment plan.” She didn’t even address the original issue I came in for which was the gap in my premolars. Then I went to go talk to someone about the treatment plan and after waiting another 20 min, I ended up leaving without seeing someone about next steps. I decided not to go back here and instead went to a different dentist for a second opinion. The appointment I had with another dentist was only two weeks later and the dentist was surprised that I had received a cleaning just two weeks ago as he felt the cleaning at Grove was not thorough enough. What I will commend Grove for is the identification of issues they called out from the x-rays as the second dentist agreed with their findings. However, the waiting, lack of patient understanding, and overall experience is what made me go to a different dentist to get all the work I needed done.
