I'd give the therapists I've used here (Jacki & Melinda) 10 stars if I could, however the admin staff is awful (putting it nicely). I don't know how these people are allowed to work in a counseling office when they are disgustingly rude, accusatory, and even straight up lying. Don't let them pressure you into keeping a card on file with them, you will get over charged. Pay CLOSE attention to their billing practices, you'll be surprised what you find. I'd love to connect with other people who have had similar negative experiences with this office staff to compare notes lol. Clearly I'm not the only one to have this experience. Feel free to find me on socials :) Kindness & understanding should be the BARE MINIMUM qualification to work in a counseling office.

Its taken me a long time to write this but I wanted to say at the Outset that Sarah Litz is a fantastic therapist, she gets 5 stars. The credit and medical billing specialist Tia Fox, gets negative stars. After my benefits ran out they continued to let me come to my sessions at hugh expense to me. After every session I would stop at the window and ask if there was anything due and would get the customary "no you are good" . Later down the line, I got a rude voicemail stating they have attempted to contact me SEVERAL times via phone and mail, they literally did neither. What they did so was send bills to a portal which they signed me up for before I started that had no email notifications or anything of the sort. I was blissfully unaware of any bills. When I emailed her about this she stated "that's the wording that I chose to get my clients attention" so they have now handed me over for around $250 which will refuse to pay, you can report to the credit bureas all you like, my credit is already completely wrecked from a divorce. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for behaving like this in this line of work. Disgusting.

They need qualified therapists. The one we saw was useless. The one my daughter saw. I had to tell her what to do. I have a masters in clinical psychology from the 80s.

The service providers are fine but the office staff is terrible. They are (at best) indifferent to people on the phone. Like it’s a bother for them to do their job. That’s just one example. You get the picture. Overall, Disappointed and underwhelmed. If it wasn’t for the provider, I never use this place.

I have a special needs daughter that see's Dr Tayyab. My other daughter as well as myself see her too. She's been very helpful with understanding our stressful life and putting the pieces of our lives together. The years have been rough on us. The first couple years were bad. It took awhile for Dr Tayyab to get the dynamics of our household but once she understood......she got it completly. I can't go anywhere else because I'd have to start all over at the begining. Their therapists are awesome too! Everyone has helped us one way or another.
