  I have been going to Lake Zurich Foot Clinic for MANY years, and was, first, a patient of Dr. Sosinski, who is Dr Nicks mom! I loved her, and now I love Dr Nick and his incredible staff. Dr Nick is so professional, yet so easy to talk to, and the staff is so friendly!

  The staff and the doctor were all very professional yet friendly and down-to-earth very satisfying very comfortable visit The doctor has skills that go beyond recognition Great doctor The best service the best care I've ever received at any podiatrist in my life I will definitely look forward to going back to visit him again shortly thank you so much Dr and Staff for the wonderful care and patience you put into all of us patients.

  I live out of state and was visiting family in the Lake Zurich area when I developed a infected ingrown toenail that was extremely painful. I knew I couldn't wait until I flew back home to find a podiatrist since I could barely wear a shoe, so I started calling offices in the area to be seen on somewhat of an emergency basis. The first few offices I called had zero sympathy for my situation, and said they were fully booked with no emergency openings in the next few days. They told me to go to urgent care or the ER instead, but I knew I would not get the appropriate treatment there. I then called the Lake Zurich Foot Clinic. An actual person answered the phone, as opposed to having to navigate "Menu Options" to get to an actual person. Serena was extremely friendly and compassionate about my situation. She offered me several emergency appointments, including that same day, an evening one, and a Saturday one. Wow, a medical office that actually sees patients outside of the usual 8-4 or 9-5 M-F! If only more offices were as accommodating to people's schedules like this one. I was able to complete my paperwork ahead of time through their website, which was also very convenient. Once I arrived at the office, I was greeted warmly by Serena at the front desk, and was immediately taken back to a room, where the assistants Sharon and Maria took great care of me throughout the duration of my visit. I saw Dr. Nick, and he is not your "regular" doctor. He was extremely personable, down-to-earth, an active listener, and never once did I feel like I was being rushed or that he had some place else to be. I did need to have a minor procedure done like I thought, and everything was explained thoroughly by him and Sharon/Maria each step of the way. We also had some fun conversations during the actual procedure, versus me just sitting there staring at the ceiling. The next day, Serena called to see how I was doing post-operatively, and if I had any questions for Dr. Nick, which was much appreciated. In fact, I was doing great, with zero pain. I was also able to see Dr. Dan, the other doctor at the practice for a follow-up on a Saturday before I flew home. He, like Dr. Nick, is also not your "regular" doctor. If I didn't know better, it was like they are twin brothers, with very similar personalities, and ways of putting you completely at ease. I deal with doctor offices a lot, both for myself and my family members. I can honestly say outside of my PCP's office, that this is the best office I have ever been to. You could tell that everyone wanted to be there, enjoyed working together, and enjoyed taking care of patients. It felt more like a family, with a lot of camaraderie. I highly recommend the Lake Zurich Foot Clinic to anyone in the area, and I know my family and friends who live there won't be going anywhere else if they ever need a podiatrist. Thank you Dr. Nick, Dr. Dan, Serena, Sharon, and Maria for all of your awesome care!!!
