  Amazing service! Make sure to have fax sent to the jacksonville il office. But they rushed and got me taken care of right before they closed. I sincerely thank the two lady's who helped me!!

  If I could give less than one star I would.I had surgery earlier this week, and my Dr had faxed an order for supplies. I called to check on the order, and was told it wasn't received to be forwarded to the Jacksonville location. My Dr refaxed the order, and Mem Home Health confirmed receipt of the order I asked what my caregiver needed when she came to pick up the supplies. In a tone reserved for a misbehaving child I was told, "All she has to do is show up and we'll give it to her." Her tone clearly indicated she didn't want to be bothered with questions. When someone arrived this afternoon to pick up the items, they were rudely told they "only just got the fax" though we knew they had received it over 24 hours earlier. They then said the order was on the wrong form. No one told us this 24 hours earlier, or it could have been corrected. Of course, they weren't able to fill it. We had to scramble to find supplies elsewhere on a Friday afternoon. Fortunately, the Dr located what was required. The employess are rude and have a poor attitude. Customer service is non-existent. The employees view customers as an inconvenience. Bottom line, don't waste your time here. Rating:-5☆

  Very rude and abrupt lady at the front counter, just an overall bad experience, we went here to get 2 wrist braces and it took half an hour, I wish I would have went to Walgreens instead

  Called the home care asking to be connected with Jacksonville office and was rudely informed that she was a team member and she could help. Only to return to the phone and said I will have to connect you with them. Phone rang multiple times. Talked to a person in Jacksonville and got some information. So I drove there to look at product. Sign on door post hours as 8-4 . Door locked . So I called the phone number and got Linda a very rude phone person. ( this young lady needs a coarse in customer service ) Ask her to connect me to the Jacksonville store only to get told she can help. I said well I am in the Jacksonville parking lot and want to speak to a person in Jacksonville store.Finally got put through and was told that you have to make an appointment to come in store. (I was the only car in parking lot.) That is not posted anywhere nor was it communicated by anyone. So I recommend don’t waste your time with Memorial Home Care. They could care less if they could help. I can order online but I try to shop local.

  Without insurance, they charge more than 3x what Walgreens does for the same equipment, and front desk staff was a little obnoxious. Went to Linde instead, they were much nicer, I'd recommend them.
