I found myself in need of sitting/companionship services for my mom at a local Memory Care unit after an incident necessitated 1:1 care, and Home Instead was at the ready on a Saturday morning to help me secure care by Saturday evening. The staff went out of their way to help me on a holiday weekend and I could not be more grateful.

They communicate changes in her mental status, discomfort, or needs. They keep me informed on what the doctor says when I can’t make the appointment. My aunt is a dear but she’s set in her ways and I know she’s a bit of a handful sometimes. She has them there 15 hours a day. They are great about trying to keep the same staff with her to help with her confusion. I cannot express how much we appreciate not having to worry about her safety. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

They have become apart of our family and have shown such empathy and love for my grandmother as if she was their own. Tiffany the Team Leader, is always keeping me in the loop and checking in on everything, almost daily. I am so lucky that I found Home Instead to care for my grandmother during the day while I am in school. I can never thank them enough for all of their kindness and I truly appreciate each and every one of them!
