  When Dr. Klein and Dr. Maddox retired, the practice lost professionalism, consistency, and staff. We loved both general and orthodontic practices for our girls, though now we can’t wait for our youngest to be done with treatment. The wait times for ortho appointments when at the office are incredibly long and the standards of the office itself have deeply changed. I feel bad for the new Dr as she clearly needs a mentor doctor to guide her as she builds her practice.

  I'm sorry it is not possible to give a negative rating. I came here for a consultation on braces for my son. Unfortunately, it was the first orthodontist I came to, as well. First, I was charged $385 for the initial x-rays, pictures and impressions, unlike the other two orthodontists I went to - Kozak Orthodontics and Forest Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry. In fact, they were quite surprised I was charged, for this is normally a courtesy as part of the, supposed to be free, consultation. Also, the treatment for my son was considerably different from the other two orthodontists. Considering he had an under bite, I was quite surprised by the proposed course of treatment received. Lastly, Affiliated Dental was the MOST EXPENSIVE for the braces, as well. Do yourself a favor and shop around. You do not want to get robbed by these people!!!

  This pediatric facility is amazing!! I took my son who is 5 for a check up and come to find out he needed fillings. Dr. Was absolutely wonderful with him, he talked him through everything.... I would recommend this place to anyone. So happy with the whole experience!!!!! 😄
