He answered my questions before we started then he explained every step he was doing while taking out the teeth which made me more at ease instead of being really nervous. We didn't have to wait. Then they had scheduled his appointment for the next to her some work done. Most places I for I had to wait a week to work done on my grandson's teeth. I do recommend them
