  Erica and her team are a lovely group of clinicians who are very knowledgable about a wide variety of mental health issues. I had the opportunity to provide a training for them and really enjoyed interacting with such a thoughtful and engaged group. The space Erica provides for continuing education is evidence of the group's commitment to cutting edge, high quality mental health services. I trust them as a referral partner and am grateful to have such competent colleagues in the field!

She uses the breadth and depth of her many life experiences and her heart to sit with her patients and accompany them on their journey to healing and finding their way to wholeness. She does not shy away from offering her quiet observations when appropriate and makes the patient feel they have a partner in dealing with whatever their issue may be.   Sound Mind Counseling is a safe place mentally and physically. It’s very clean and comfortable as well as outstanding Thearpist’s who‘ve helped me work on myself and all my childhood traumas. Highly recommended for any thearpy needs.

  I love Erica. She is so nice and funny. I like that she doesn’t sugercoat things and tells you what you need to know. I love that she lets me bring my ESA with me because he helps me so mich. Erica has helped me a lot with writing and my mental health. Erica has definitely helped me in the few months we have been working with eachother.
