Everything is easy here, from scheduling to post-care instructions and I appreciate the special attention that the assistants provide. Today was an especially tough day for me for all sorts of reasons and I’m frustrated that 20 year old root canals have now caused me some very expensive problems. One of the assistants today took note of my frustration and confusion about my situation and made a special phone call to me to see if she could do anything. I don’t have the words to say how grateful I was for that call. What an absolute sweetheart for doing that. She gave me a minute to vent and offered a service there so that I didn’t have to do it at my dentist which saved me time and more phone calls. She gave me the reassurance I needed and eased my mind which was exactly what I needed today. I will continued to sing FRP’s praises because they are all lovely people.
