She had an appointment for 2:10 this afternoon. it is currently 3:20 and we keep getting told they can see her in ‘10-15’ minutes. they apparently don’t have a provider on staff for her and want her to see someone virtually. We waited weeks and drove over an hour for this appointment. I know if we were more than 10 mins late they would have turned us away, but we show up 20 mins early and they still have us sit for over an hour and a half hoping they can find someone to see her ? About a dozen people have come and gone since we arrived, so how could they not have someone to see her ? 3:30 update we’ve been forced to wait here long enough that the entirety of the staff has gone on lunch and we now have to wait EVEN LONGER for someone to see her
