Meet Tamika Hill, known as “Coach T” or “Your Raw but Real Therapist” depending on which hat she is wearing. In 2017, Tamika walked away from the corporate world to start her consulting agency, T. Hill Consultant LLC that brings mental wellness experiences to individuals in the form of therapeutic events, trainings and seminars that are fun, engaging, and thought-provoking. She also founded a private group practice, Step by Step - The Spa For Your Mind, that includes multiple staff members with diverse backgrounds at two locations that brings a unique twist on the mindset of therapy.

    I truly enjoyed my experience with Tamika! Tamika brought her expertise and wisdom to our church in the form of “Beautifully Broken and Mending Well”. This event was filled with laughter, tears and an interactive activity that is still playing in my day to day months later. Tamika helps you to employ other ways to think about a situation to help you get to where you are trying or need to be. She is personable and will insert some of her own life experiences. Lastly Tamika offers an energy and level of confidence that makes you want to talk about any and everything.

    I’ve been to three events of Tamika Hill. Every time I leave I feel rejuvenated. I feel like I’ve learned a lot about myself and how to deal with others around me. My relationships with my husband, my family, my friends and coworkers. Even just issues with life. These events that she have are a blessing to some people who don’t have outlets or who don’t want to talk to other people about issues of problems you may be having of your life. You may not even want to talk at the event but someone in the event might have the same issue as you, talk about it and you can get some type of clarity. I love all of her events. I recommend anyone to attend any of her events whether it’s for their self or weather is for couples.

    Tamika couples retreat offered my spouse I a safe and warm environment to not only discuss but received advice from a panel of professionals with support from engaging audiences. We were very comfortable and we had so much fun! We look forward to upcoming events..
