    I was a client of Dr. Alkharsa and today I visited for my retainer to adjust since it was scratching under my tongue. The new stuff requested to take an x-ray for the legal record since she is seeing me at the 1st time. I refuse to take an x-ray just to fix my retainer. There's absolutely no need to take an xray to see what they can do for my retainer. If they lost my record, they should take the responsibility. Instead, they expect the clients to pay for extra services. The new hygienist said I should find a new place because they don't have my records or can't find it and just left the room.

    If I would be able to give this place a ZERO I would!!! Diana has the absolute worst attitude unprofessional no customer service. Just lost a customer! This place is very unprofessional the staff is beyond rude to paying customers that are paying!! I was also a palled that the manager Bianca is too busy promoting her own flower business then to answer customers calls when regarding the races so I had to take my business elsewhere. And yes, I do have pictures to prove.
