    I was a client of Dr. Alkharsa and today I visited for my retainer to adjust since it was scratching under my tongue. The new stuff requested to take an x-ray for the legal record since she is seeing me at the 1st time. I refuse to take an x-ray just to fix my retainer. There's absolutely no need to take an xray to see what they can do for my retainer. If they lost my record, they should take the responsibility. Instead, they expect the clients to pay for extra services. The new hygienist said I should find a new place because they don't have my records or can't find it and just left the room.

    It felt weird at first because they were putting the braces in my mouth but at the end of the day it felt nice but Dr.Rohini Mathrani was nice i like my treatment also Karem was really nice they both made me feel comfortable with my treatment, thank you
