They made an appointment for me for a tooth emergency and I clearly told them I am a new patient and they still made an appointment and told me to come in an hour. After I went in , I was told there's no appointments for me and that they dont accept new patients! The manager here is very rude and even though I showed the confirmation text I received she said she doesnt know where it came from. Well I wasnt making the text up since they are the ones that sent it!! Again HORRIBLE DENTAL, go somewhere else and dont waste your time!

My kids actually did like this place and the staff is kind and seem to know there stuff, however we were there i believe in August found out my kids had cavities that need to be addressed. They couldn't do it same day needed to make a follow up appointment however the soonest was the end of December. Fast forward and my kids happen to have colds so the work could not be performed. Now the soonest they can be seen again is in May. And my son's one tooth is starting to hurt. Close to a year is just to long to address dental needs. Maybe they need to shorten the amount of clients they take on. I definitely think im going to search for a different dentist.
- KBKiki Makescoldweather BarbosaNov 19, 20255.0My daughter had a bad cavity on upper (her adult tooth)and on lower set she had a spacer that had a baby tooth underneath it that needed to be extracted because her adult tooth was growing out of the side… needless to say, it’s a rough process but the Doctor was amazing and gentle and very patient! My daughter is very nervous by nature, so it was nice to see how comforting both Dr and hygienist were! I highly recommend!!!
