- DCDenisse CamOct 22, 20253.0i have good insurance so usually i can go and be out no problem. the problem is that doesn't seem to be case for all patients. my mother, who already isnt a fan of the dentist, has different insurance. she needed more treatment done as she is getting older. the dentist was supposed to contact insurance to see coverage, 4 weeks passed and they didn't contact her back, called them to ask, they say they will call back. being over 2 months and no one has contact my mother again. needless to say basically you gotta push them to do what they supposed to do
