I missed the 30 day notice by only 5 days and emailed Club with the hopes that they would understand and not make me pay for another month in which I will not be able to even use it. Even when talking to the front desk about what to do, they said to call or email the headquarters and said “hopefully they will do the right thing”. I was deeply ashamed that a company with 70 million in revenue would not have the compassion for their clients. An extra $30 for this company wouldn’t phase them, but that’s what you get when you are a member here. They don’t care about you, they see you as a number and only care about their wallet.

Then, with no notice, she’ll arrive for her work out and be SENT AWAY because they’re not staffing the gym appropriately. When they’re properly staffed, the gym is fine. Refund her a fair portion of her membership fees or hold up to your end of the deal, Club Fitness!

Yesterday, I got there at 8:10, knowing that the kid club opens at 8. Well, I was told that no one would be there until 8:40 and that that's how it would be on Thursdays now because that's when they could get their next employee there. Then today, I was walking up to the door and was greeted outside to tell me that kids club would not be opening at all today because their second employee called in, leaving only one person on staff to work the front desk. That's unacceptable!! Hire enough employees to be there to honor your company hours and show respect to your members that are PAYING (premium prices) for that service!!!! Beyond frustrating.
