My very first positive impression was the lobby/waiting area. The room is bright and large with comfortable seating. Also kudos to the receptionists. All of them had great personality and I was especially impressed to see that they work as a team, which is very important for any place of work. The whole experience for me was extraordinary! I walked away feeling as if they all cared about me as a patient. I almost forgot about my pain, lol.
