It's nice to feel like you matter and not just a number. With EH it's hard to get an appointment especially when your hearing aids aren't working. EH charged me 2x @ $75 for a loaner. I love my new hearing aids and the time Dr Mark took with me to explain all the features and program them into my cell phone. Thank you to Daisy the receptionist who helped me when I came in unannounced with an issue she solved and also processed my insurance claim so I got my reimbursement check super fast in 2 weeks.

I am a 95 year old who is legally blind, which certainly contributes to my (lack of) ability to hear and process information. Dr. Sheri has the patience of a saint and is always kind, thoughtful, attentive, and resourceful! She easily developed a strong rapport with me immediately, listening to my concerns and ascertaining my needs for my current lifestyle. Likewise, she met with me (and continues to) as needed to figure out what hearing aids are best for me given my limitations. She always takes on a proactive, problem-solving attitude and is extremely knowledgeable about all the up-to-date technology. Additionally, Dr. Mark Christian willingly "squeezed me in" one day to adjust my hearing aids when she was unavailable and Daisy, the office manager, is terrific in answering any questions and scheduling appointments on a timely basis. So happy I found this group; I highly recommend them to anyone having audiological needs.
