She spent a great deal of time assessing my hearing loss, and making recommendations for the best aids to suit my needs and lifestyle. She is the utmost professional; very smart, and up to date with current best practices and options. Daisy at the front desk is welcoming and friendly as well.

I am a 95 year old who is legally blind, which certainly contributes to my (lack of) ability to hear and process information. Dr. Sheri has the patience of a saint and is always kind, thoughtful, attentive, and resourceful! She easily developed a strong rapport with me immediately, listening to my concerns and ascertaining my needs for my current lifestyle. Likewise, she met with me (and continues to) as needed to figure out what hearing aids are best for me given my limitations. She always takes on a proactive, problem-solving attitude and is extremely knowledgeable about all the up-to-date technology. Additionally, Dr. Mark Christian willingly "squeezed me in" one day to adjust my hearing aids when she was unavailable and Daisy, the office manager, is terrific in answering any questions and scheduling appointments on a timely basis. So happy I found this group; I highly recommend them to anyone having audiological needs.
