- SJSheena Jones6 days ago1.0I scheduled an appointment for a consultation on a procedure. I had to cancel shortly before my first appointment due to a work conflict but they rescheduled me for about a month later. I got a telephone confirmation about the appointment the day before, but when I showed up for the appointment, I was told that I was called that morning to cancel due to them not offering the service I had was inquiring about. Apparently I had missed the voicemail because it came in at 7:30 while I was getting my kids ready for daycare. My appointment was at 9:30, I had taken the morning off from work. They told me the doctor did not realize what was scheduled due to them using a call center. I just find this to be odd because it’s a listed service on their website and I scheduled an appointment not only once but twice for the service. So I lost a half days work and wasted my time driving 30 minutes to the appointment. I’m honestly not sure how they are with the services that they do provide but my recommendation would be that they update their website and look into what their patients are scheduled for maybe the week prior instead of the morning of the visit.
