People did not show up on schedule and nurse ordered medicine to be shipped from an out of town pharmacy when it was available locally and needed to be administered immediately. I found it necessary to terminate the service and retained another hospice provider who provided outstanding service.

The initial sign up was very easy and she actually came to our location to get it completed. The facility they had to go to was not welcoming to them but they were professional all the way.
