They used to be in Decatur memorial hospital medical equipment and they were awesome but ever since they were bought out by memorial it is horrible. You talk to one person they tell you to call back on a certain date you do it then they still won't order anything for you for another week it is ridiculous dealing with this customer service idiots.

Most often they never answer their phone when trying to order supplies, and apparently no longer even have voice mail to ask for a call return. Have even had others orders sent to me along with my order being incorrect. Easiest way to contact is by calling DMH and explaining to them your needs. When you do finally speak to them, a few are more professional. Overall though boo
