  I had the supplies I needed for my upcoming surgery within 1 hour, from phone to pickup. The other medical supply in town wasted 3+ weeks and was still giving my doctors office a giant run around. Memorial staff went out of their way to help!

  Completely worthless company. Can’t talk to each other internally, but one says you are good to go, the other says no. Stay away from here and go anywhere else, which is what I should have done. Now on week 4 of waiting on medical supplies.

  I am dumbfounded with the poor customer service, the rudeness of staff and the inability to give proper information. Because a rep there did not look up a script or insurance information that is already in computer I as a nurse had to make more phone calls, attempt to get scripts that were already there. My patient had to buy supplies out of pocket because of the incompetence of the rep. My patient stated that he was treated rudely when he was made to pay for supplies out of pocket. Furthermore, there is in fact a proper script sent to this company and they still will not honor. So I suppose that to this company letting a patient go without supplies is not bothersome to them. Not a fan. They are getting one star because if i don't give any stars it will not allow me to post. Pathetic.

  Wasn't greeted when we came in. Another person came in after us and they helped them ignoring us. We were ready to buy an electric scooter. So sad.
