However, the online system they use seems to be having problems that result in longer wait times, so if you go to this location please come with patience and respect- it’s not the staff members’ fault! Other than that I had a very good experience here.

However, it took WAY too long (~45 mins) and there were WAY too many steps to the process for a flu shot and a small TB blood test (it wasn’t busy). The process: 1) sign in with the receptionist and fill out forms 2) take a seat and complete more forms on your phone through a text they send you 3) go inside to a little room to fill another form 4) go to yet another room to, you’ll never guess, fill out another form. 5) The rep comes back and finally does the work, which takes about 5 minutes. The rep was very nice, however, she was one of those ‘poke by sight’ assistants who look for a visible vein and struggle a bit to reach it, in my case a little vein running on the side of the arm that’s rarely used. In my experience, those with experience find the main vein by touch and quickly get to the blood. It wasn’t a terrible experience if you’re ok with a little extra pain and have 40 mins to spare. In general though, I think I’d try a different location, unless they streamline their process.
