From the front office to the Doctor, every single person we encounter was AMAZING! Never in my life did I think I’d hear my 6 year old daughter say “that dentist office was AWESOME!” but that’s what I heard today. We didn’t just go for a normal office visit, we went in for a tooth extraction. Unfortunately, this is the 3rd extraction my daughter has had. Her first experience (NOT at this office) was good, everything went okay; her second experience (NOT at this office) was horrific!! I mean it, she was scared. After that 2nd experience, I was very fearful about having to take her back to another dentist. BUT after talking to Tara in the front office at First Smile, I was already more comfortable and confident about scheduling my daughters next appointment with their office. After arriving and meeting everyone in person I was completely at ease! This is a team of rockstars!! Each and every one of them are nothing short of amazing and I can’t thank them enough!! Mind you, I had to drive 2 hrs and 45 mins to get to them!!! Due to my insurance and daughter needing the nitroxide gas, my shortest drive to a provider that covers her would be roughly 1 hour and 45 mins but you see, that’s how we ended up with a traumatic experience. Thank the Lord for First Smiles, I would drive a good 6+ hours to only see this A+ team again! God bless each and every one of them! We are scheduled to go back soon and my daughter not told me once but multiple times, she will be happy to go back!! As a parent, that is angels to my hears!!! Thank you to every single person on this team!!!! ❤️
