  Warby Parker is 5 star in every category. Our sales associate was friendly, knowledgeable, and treated us as valued clients. Great selection of frames, and lens options, at prices we could afford. We can't imagine going anywhere else now. Seriously, if you need an exam, and/or new glasses, you should try Warby Parker! You'll be glad you did.

  There is an optician who works here and is the bare minimum type of person. She will adjust glasses and not even look to see if they are even, she will just "adjust" them and hand them back without making sure that they are even on the customer. We have had her adjust my daughters glasses twice and both times they have been so uneven we have to go another Warby Parker to remedy her work.

  Kayla was exceptional and very knowledgeable. She helped me with my issues with my frames and her and Grace helped me pick a new frame. There was another young lady that helped me but I didn't get her name. I would definitely recommend all three of these ladies.

  Visiting Warby Parker Southport Ave., Chicago was my 1st time. Friends shared they had a good experience and found good value frames. I decided to give it a try. Between cataract surgeries I needed temporary prescription eyeglasses. The employee did not engage, make eye contact or offer support. She just pointed to the samples. I also was not asked if I have insurance, which I have for eye care and frames. The glasses I chose were an excellent value at $95.00 for the temporary solution I needed. When I try out the temporary glasses I will decide whether I will go back following the 2nd cataract surgery and invest in a better quality frame.
