The salesperson had an arch, dismissive manner, as if an older woman wasn't worth his time. After paying the bill, I was told the glasses would not be ready for up to ten days. The store did not send an email receipt as promised. I called after ten days to be told that the glasses were in the store but they needed two more days for someone to check the order! When I was at last allowed to pick up my order, I was told there was no staff on hand to check the fit, which was the reason I had elected to pick up my glasses in person. The experience cost me $60 extra in Uber fares and an unmeasurable amount of frustration. I would never recommend Warby Parker to anyone.
