I was attacked by two Hispanic females who were staff here after being 1 week out of a serious abdomen surgery and had a scheduled vision appointment. I could have stayed in bed . Horrible experience!! I wouldn't suggest any one of color come here for service . This place sucks !!!!
- AMAlondra MendezOct 6, 20251.0Horrible servicio hasta salí enojada la de recepción me trató mal de ahí pasé al estudio el doctor igual llamó a una muchacha a que le ayudara a traducirle y la señora era rubia de risos y con uñas de verdad súper grosera el médico era un señor de edad con lentes pagué por lentes de contacto el examen me lo hicieron mal yo era de 1.25 y me dieron 2.25 y no me sirvieron ni el gasto que hice de 300 llevo tiempo llendo ala que está en la 47 y ahí me tratan bien pero no tenían cita y tuve que ir a esta que está en la 26 peor error no vuelvo a regresar, los lentes no me sirvieron solo iba a renovar mi receta me siento muy enojada por no leer los comentarios de aver sabido no voy a gastar. NO VALLAN DE VERDAD NO COMENTAN EL ERROR MÍO

Pero MUY MUY desatisfecha con la forma en la que su jefe nos trato y la tratava a ella. Si maltrata a sus trabajadoras haci enfrente de pacientes no me quiero imaginar como es cuando no esten viendo. El señor la estaba presionando mientras ella me trataba de ayudar. Me fui muy preocupada por la muchacha que se estaba tomando su tiempo contestando mis preguntas y dando un buen servicio. No compre lentes y me fui con mi nota, muy desatisfecha. No les importa los pacientes y la vibra fue muy racista. 5 estrella’s por el servicio de la muchacha y 0 estrella’s para el jefe.
