StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Lakeview offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.
I told the manager back in August that my financial situation had changed and that I wanted to cancel my membership but they insisted on freezing it and never reached out about when the freeze was going to end and today I find a random charge on my account from stretchlab that I didn’t authorize. I loved the stretching services that I received from Gianna and when Chris (assistant manager) would be working things would get done but now. I will never be going back. Now that Chris left customer care is awful. Stay away.

Love the stretching program at StretchLab. I travel a lot for work and my lower back, hip flexors, glutes, hammies, etc. take a beating. Working with Fabian, James, and others have provided tremendous relief and added flexibility. Highly recommend!

Be careful upon entering this studio- you may get scolded in person, and then two more times via email, by the recently uppity Sales Manager. I have had a standing weekly appointment since shortly after they opened a few years ago. Typically, they let me know when there is a change in the schedule and offer an alternate time. This did not happen before I walked in last week. I was surprised to find my Flexologist not there. I asked if the others were free, they were not, so I went to leave but was told that I should have known and also that I was not to rely on my Flexologist for scheduling. Later that day, I got a long, scathing email from the Sales Manager- not something I have ever thought should be sent to a customer- I have worked in customer facing positions most of my life. I replied with an apology if I had offended the other employees for asking if they were available and then got ANOTHER long, scolding email from the Sales Manager. I reached out to the General Manager but never heard back. 5 days later I called the GM and was informed that she was 'just now catching up on emails' and was not aware of the whole situation. She apologized and asked if she could remedy this situation and keep my business. I suggested it would be as simple as an apology from the Sales Manager. But that did not happen. So, bummer. If you choose to visit, beware the immature person behind the counter. I prefer to give my business to companies that care about their customers, not just their customer's money.

The entry door is on Addison not Southport. It’s easy to find once you know that. The staff is nice. They require grip socks which they of course sell for $15 and didn’t make clear before my first visit. Went in a few times. Nice people and nice facility. I just don’t see the value. Go do yoga, have your trainer at the gym stretch you out, find a friend that knows PNF stretching and save $45.
