I already knew I loved cycling, but I had only taken Peloton classes before. Treating myself to Diana’s Holiday Hits morning class on Christmas was the perfect way to experience an in-studio ride—and it was so much fun.
At the start of class, Diana checked in to see if I wanted a shoutout or any extra attention, which I really appreciated. I let her know I prefer to fly under the radar, and she completely respected that.
Midway through the class, she discreetly came by to check in on me, which felt incredibly thoughtful and supportive without being intrusive. Even as I was still getting used to the movements, her energy was contagious and the class itself was excellent.
I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Diana, for making my first ride such a fun and welcoming experience!

The class with Aya was fun and the "no phone policy" is great. Well located studio and really convenient (in town for work) that they accept ClassPass. I recommend!

This was my second time at SoulCycle Loop. While I genuinely enjoy the classes, I’ve noticed that some of the female crew members here come across as rude and dismissive.
My husband and I booked through ClassPass and were initially assigned separate bikes. A male crew member kindly helped us switch so we could sit together just before class started. However, the bikes weren’t adjusted, and when I asked a female crew member for assistance, she saw me but completely ignored my request. The class began with both of us struggling on unadjusted bikes, and instead of returning to help, she left the room.
It makes me wonder if the dismissiveness is directed specifically toward ClassPass members, or if this is how they treat all riders. Either way, it was really disappointing — especially since other SoulCycle locations I’ve visited have welcoming, helpful staff. These classes are expensive, and regardless of booking method, every rider deserves the same level of respect and support.
On a positive note, the instructor NAZ was amazing — definitely a 10/10

The instructors are nice, some are better than others. The biggest issue is the way the lockers are set up since it tends to be crowded and overwhelming. The front staff is so/so, some are nice but most are rude.
