I arrived for my doctor's appointment and had to ring the bell to be allowed access, cool no problem but pmind you its snowing and raining. The young lady that answered ask to see my ID on camera and then ask me to have it out to bring to the counter. I noticed she didn't do this for everybody just certain people. Nobody wants to be digging in their purse and or wallet outside and if this is a rule it should be mentioned while making your appointment. I just personally feel this is doing too much. I dont know what this world is coming to. One lady came in stating she didn't have a ID....(Double standards). This young generation needs plenty of prayer and we do to if they are going to be in charge. No one enjoys feeling unwelcome. Thank God the rest of the staff was great. However that's probably a sign that it's time to make some changes. It's important to feel somewhat comfortable when dealing with your medical concerns. Especially since it's so much BS going on in the medical industry.

NP asked me how much my plastic surgery costed. Insisted on me detailing every single plastic surgery I’ve had, even doubled-down by coming in the room and asking me again!.. with another(what I’m sure was a NP), standing in the corner staring me in the face. Ranted about safe sex practice to someone who’s almost 30 with no history of STDs, Stereotyping?!. There’s a certain kind of woman that works in this office, all one the same. Very awkward, cringe & unprofessional encounter.. Also misgendered an (I’m assuming) trans person that leads the program once they got off the phone, what was the intent there??. Even if that person is comfortable and cozy with that, awkward.. all for no reaction! Advocate for yourself people!, ignorance is ignorance. Also told me to send her SS’s of my BP. Why is my BP fine at my new doctor??! 🤔🤔🤔…………. Also gave her opinion on my cosmetic surgery , as if I’d want her opinion on anything in life when she can’t compose at work. You aren’t a plastic surgeon, relax, ma’am.. I went to this place in a good mood, left having to show a true example of grace and composure 😩.. God bless you all.

All the ladies here are so lovely and helpful. Lana was one of the ladies who helped me today, told me she’s been there for 15 years! She was so kind and positive and had a nice chat with me while I was there for my appointment.

Let me just say I’ve been coming here for years and this is the only place I feel comfortable at getting check ups…the staff is always so nice to me,the waiting area is always clean, and they make sure the facility is secured upon arrival not anyone can just walk in…The nurse Kira(I think that’s her name, petite young lady) is amazing so nice, gentle, patient & educated…I would highly recommend them for all services they provide.
