- SSSpaceyDec 22, 20251.0Twice now ive showed up for an appointment, sat here for half an hour, only to THEN be told i will have to wait even longer, when they couldve called me about this so i, someone who is disabled, couldve known i needed to bring my wheelchair and had time to rest. For the past 3 years it was in and out, and suddenly its taking forever. You dont get to delay MY appointment and waste MY time bc youre a doctor. Your time is not more important than mine

It took her 30 min just to realize I was insured and didn’t properly check me in so I waited to be seen after almost 2 hours until I finally spoke up then was seen immediately. Staff is extremely SLOW! The street parking is horrible. My parking expired after 2 hours and the wifi in this place sucks so it’s not even letting me renew my parking. I have to find out if I have a ticket once I get to my car, which will probably be another 2 hours! I drove over an hour to get here my entire morning is wasted. I’m SO upset… I would never come here again.

I was told it would take between 3-6 hours and I was out in about 4 hours. They try to move you through pretty quickly as best they can. Definitely recommend this location for their friendly and knowledgeable staff and clean environment.
