  The worst planned parenthood!! The receptionist didn’t know how to do her job. It took her 30 min just to realize I was insured and didn’t properly check me in so I waited to be seen after almost 2 hours until I finally spoke up then was seen immediately. Staff is extremely SLOW! The street parking is horrible. My parking expired after 2 hours and the wifi in this place sucks so it’s not even letting me renew my parking. I have to find out if I have a ticket once I get to my car, which will probably be another 2 hours! I drove over an hour to get here my entire morning is wasted. I’m SO upset… I would never come here again.

  Extremely helpful and friendly staff. They all had really good bedside manner and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I was told it would take between 3-6 hours and I was out in about 4 hours. They try to move you through pretty quickly as best they can. Definitely recommend this location for their friendly and knowledgeable staff and clean environment.

  I was treated with so much kindness and respect here. I schedule an appointment over the phone Thursday and was able to be seen saturday. I was told the details of my appointment and given my MyChart login information. There was a long wait time. I came in 8am and left around 1pm, but I completely understand the wait time during these circumstances and in healthcare. I thank the team for taking good care of me. I would recommend any services to any poc as a latina.

  They have no parking, the street parking is only 3 hours and they expect you to move your car in the middle of your appointment that they claim takes 3-6 hours. They are not willing to call insurance to confirm coverage even though it only takes a few moments.

  Thes best care I have ever received as a black woman in a clinical setting. I was extremely worried about this upon my arrival, but the staff were more than professional and very patient with me. I want to give everyone a hug for their gentle care. Also they have kind escorts to guide you as you enter the clinic. I felt like they were guardian angles of the clinic lol. Overall I'm very glad I choose this place and I highly recommend this location for those choosing planned parenthood services in Chicago. Thank you so much to all the staff on 9/12/25
