- JJJennyDec 19, 20255.0I really had a very good experience. I was able to make my appointment via MyChart, though I do think there's value in calling since you get a little more info on how to prepare for your appointment. Waited a bit but I think I was in and out in like an hour, maybe hour and a half. I was actually seeking to remove my BC and they let me know they could help me transition to an obgyn if I got pregnant and put some info on MyChart for it, so overall very positive and supportive of my wanting to become a mother. I also asked about birth control for when I want to get back on it and I was told there were different pain relief options, including sedation, for the IUD, which is infamous for being painful. I've previously had two insertions with no sedation or numbing or anything, so this was very welcome news. Really supportive of my decisions, easy to use, easy to access via public transit, and was able to get an appointment within a couple weeks. Overall no complaints. The medical staff were very nice, too. Great clinic.

Luckily my insurance covers this provider and it’s conveniently located. Shout out to the friendly, caring staff, but especially PA Laura Kemp. I felt everyone took time with my questions and concerns and they are passionate about what they do. I found Planned Parenthood empowering. #grateful Today I received an email that I was due for an annual exam and was able to get in this afternoon! Talk about convenience. This place offers great customer support, professional care, and a convenient location. What more could you want?
