- KLKimberly LalleySep 30, 20255.0Love this place. Last year I needed a provider for an overdue exam and when I called Northwestern there was a six month wait for an appointment! Luckily my insurance covers this provider and it’s conveniently located. Shout out to the friendly, caring staff, but especially PA Laura Kemp. I felt everyone took time with my questions and concerns and they are passionate about what they do. I found Planned Parenthood empowering. #grateful Today I received an email that I was due for an annual exam and was able to get in this afternoon! Talk about convenience. This place offers great customer support, professional care, and a convenient location. What more could you want?

What's the point of appointments if I'm still here waiting to be seen at 11:31AM! Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!! There were only 2 or 3 girls ahead of me when I walked into the office this morning. SMH!
