- PVPeach VilaiAug 7, 20191.0My first exam with her was okay. But I did not like how she treated me. It seemed like she think that everyone should know what they are here with her for. But in reality, how can we know if we need glasses pr contact lens if we’ve never had an exam! And not everyone knows how contact lens work if one never use before. So, it is your job to make sure that we know the risk and benefits of it, also help us understand how it works how it feels after using it. She is not good at this. My last visit with her was totally useless. She should have asked me more why I don’t like the contact lens or what are the things that I should expect for contact lens instead of saying “You don’t like it, so you don’t have to see me!” and opened the door for me. It was the worst experience with any doctor in my life. I will never go back there again.
- GCGilbert CaroDec 29, 20161.0Dr. Patel was very rude. I understand that I wore my contacts too long so my eyes were red. Placed an order for new contacts and took forever to get them. I asked for a trial pair and came to pick them up. When I arrived she said "Oh if I knew these were for you I would have not given them to you. So you rather have me not being able to see then giving me a trial pair?! Unreal. Very unprofessional staff. Get mad cause you keep asking where your contacts are. Took a whole month to get my order of contacts. Kept blaming it on the vendor. If vendor is unreliable , you might want to find a new one.
