My wife and I both go here and it's happened more than a few times that the staff tries to gaslight us, saying that our appointment was at some other time than the time we specifically have marked on the calendar. You receive a confirmation email for a certain time, and then the reminder text when your appointment nears shows a different time. Has happened multiple times. Appointments cancelled supposedly due to "double booking" even when we make the next appointments 6 months in advance when we're there for cleanings, watching the hygienist put it into the system. And then the attitude if heaven forbid YOU'RE ever late 5 minutes, you'd think you'd dishonored someone's mother or something. We're done with this place. So long, Dr. Krajl
