I've always been anxious about dentist visits, but this is the first place where I've actually felt relaxed. From day one, I've never felt judged or dismissed. Everyone in this office is kind, patient, and has this genuine way of caring for you. They never rush you, and they answer every single question, no matter how many you have. You can feel that they wear their hearts on their sleeves and truly want to help people. That level of kindness honestly surprised me in the best way. I'm really glad I found this place. Dr. Kella and the entire team are awesome. I'll definitely keep coming back (still only when necessary, lol), and I've already recommended them to people I care about. That should tell you everything. 10/10

I was extremely nervous and even cried at one point due to anxiety but Nancy was incredibly patient and understanding. She put on the tv and gave me a stress ball as distractions which helped a lot. Staff also explained everything they were doing and their intake form even asked how you prefer to receive information-I’ve never seen that before.

The dentist is also extremely patient and takes his time to carefully explain all information, treatment options, and seems to really care about the patient’s experience and comfort throughout the dental process. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a dentist in the Chicago area!
- AAAshetonOct 26, 20251.0I had my Invisalign treatment done here for about a year and a half. Overall, I would say: Don't get it done by a dentist. They don't have the training to do it properly, nor can they explain the reasoning behind their decisions. See an orthodontist even though it's more expensive. These are your teeth and they are worth it. There were several things I was unhappy with, but my main issue in the end was that I had a giant open posterior bite that Dr. Kella said would go away. It didn't. He never suggested cutting my tray backs off or getting a hawley retainer (an open, old-school type) instead of an essex. He was completely unbothered by this issue despite me bringing it up before and after my refinement. My back molars didn't touch at all when I bit down. Months went by and I ended up getting my own hawley retainer made, which helped significantly. Yes, the aesthetic concerns I had were "fixed", but now I have several others and permanent changes to my enamel. I regret going here.
