Dr. Patel was very pleasant to work with, very punctual to my appointment time, and extremely forthcoming with providing information and insight around my exam. I felt like I was being treated like a patient that has been visiting for years, even though it was my 1st visit. I would definitely recommend her and her staff!
- RKRenee KJan 3, 20211.0The doctor is unprofessional. States I owe them for 2 missed appointments. Advise I called and changed first appointment after further review notices it was changed in time. With the 2nd appointment I called multiple times ( rep told me they didn’t open until 10) I asked why was my appointment scheduled for 9. Once again upon further review noticed it was a Saturday appointment ( they open at 9). I explained I called at 8:45 to let them know I was running late and will be in at 9:05, however no answer and the representative stated we don’t open till 9. I would not recommend this facility
