    Our company had a driver go to Concentra for a DOT re-certification physical. The medical card was incorrectly filled out! The state of Illinois rejected the medical card and now our company is required to purchase another DOT recertification!!

    I injured my neck at work and I was in severe pain. I came to Concentra and my Doctor was DR. Miller. She was very attentive and empathetic, she set me up with a great pain management plan along with physical therapy with Sheldon. She also prescribed the perfect medication to treat my pain. I am no longer in pain today, I am extremely grateful for Dr. Miller (she was so nice also😎) and Sheldon! Sheldon did some deep massage, and stretches as well as Cupping and Acupuncture, it worked wonders! I highly recommended this clinic, the staff is so friendly and caring Yessine especially, she goes above and beyond, (ask for her when you walk in!). All in all, you will be well taken care of!

    they give you a card and a QR code to scan to get yoru results. IT TOOK ME TWO hours to get veririfed ont eh QR code scan to just get my results. ITS MUCH EASIER TO JUST COME IN. CHILL witht the unecessart technology and accounts crap. Just give me my results, thanks!
