- COCaitlin O'Shea4 days ago1.0I was visiting from out of town when I came in for symptoms of a UTI. I was told I did not have a UTI and that there was nothing that could be done. Although an antibiotic was ordered, I was instructed not to take it until I returned home, without a clear explanation. The doctor did not seem knowledgeable about my lab results and raised inaccurate concerns, including asking unrelated questions such as whether I was dieting or not eating. When I returned home and saw my usual doctor I learned that I did have a UTI and that the antibiotic I was prescribed was not appropriate for treating it. Everything I was told about my lab results was incorrect. There was no indication in my labs to suggest issues related to diet, nor any reason not to recognize this as a likely UTI.

I happened to have a follow up on Halloween, everyone was in costume while still maintaining their professionalism which really made me smile. I was greeted and checked in by a a young lady in a beautiful day of the dead costume, had my vitals taken by a cute little bumble bee, and was treated by Dr. Princess Bubblegum. My only regret is not getting any photos with them. Great team and I really enjoyed my vist!
- OAO AOct 29, 20251.0I went to this place early August after everything they said I should go for DOT and later I did it in cook county hospital September 24th and I bring it to them same day, they said I should go and hold it for a month till October 24th which they are the one suppose to to do it for me at that September 24th after they already wasted my time from beginning of September,that’s how they use their incompetence make me miss the job, they always want to proof their is superior than others,is the same result I brought from cook county hospital they use to approve me on 24th October why not do that on 24th September until they make the company to choose another candidate before they approve
