- TSTonya SDec 17, 20253.0I gave this Pullman Concentra 3 stars due to the young lady who I’ve encountered twice with a bad attitude. Both times she called my name/walked me to my room & also handed me my paperwork at the end of my visit. On 12/11 I was there & was required to see a specialist. She came into the room & told me my appointment time & date (for 7:45am), I asked her simply “who made the appointment” and she says “I did,” but in a catty manner. I asked why would you make the appointment without asking me. She says because that’s the only time the doctor is available (that’s it, no deeper explanation). I say “I have obligations & I need to get my daughter to school, do you have kids.” She was so close to me speaking loud & had the audacity to push her hands out & says “let’s tone it down.” As if we were on a HS playground or on the streets so basically unprofessional & confrontational. She did say the specialist was there only 1 day a week but it was AFTER the pettines vs initially saying “I scheduled your appointment for this Thursday @7:45 because xyz & if it doesn’t work you can contact the office yourself.” It was her approach, lack of professionalism & confrontational style that escalated our interaction. I was in for a head injury & had a headache so I didn’t bother reporting or mentioning it at the time. That encounter could have really went left because of her confrontational style vs having effective communication skills/professionalism. She should be required to learn bedside manners & conflict resolution skills asap. My doctor Taiwo & the rest of the staff were great as well as timing of the overall visit.

I have been at Concentra multiple times, and no matter the crowd, or attitudes of the people they have to deal with, nor the time of day, they always stay professional, courteous, steady, and efficient! The facility on 103rd St. stays clean and issue free, and they get you in and out, as soon as possible! Clearly because all know there jobs, and do them well!!!
