She was a joy to engage with and I really appreciated her tenacity to make sure I was still seen by the facility, when I missed the call for me to complete my needs for the walk in today, due to me being outside on an important phone call. As I proceeded to the examination section of my visit, Soraya, was a delight. She was so professionally, every sentence ended with a smile and she even had encouragement for me to “not worry, because everything is working out in your favor”. Wow. What a delight. She is amazing. And for the last part of my process, the NP, Emily, was super happy and super smiley and just fantastic. She really adds to the light of the entire facility. Pullman’s facility is so welcoming with a friendly environment. I really enjoyed this environment today. It’s a great detection that there are nice nurses and healthcare medical professionals, here to assist the city of Chicago. Thank you to the team here!!

The Physical Therapist Shane and his Assistant Angie are DOPE, GREAT, and AWESOME!!!! I RECOMMEND CONCENTRA- Pullman location. THANK YOU EVERYONE WHO AIDED IN MY RECOVERY....

It was Friday and the lady told me my full service time would be about 45 mins and it took just that long to finish. I’ve been to multiple clinics for DOT screenings and physicals and the location on 103rd is the best Concentra on the south side of Chicago. The ladies and staff here speak for themselves. Awesome jobs everyone, you make your clients/patients feel comfortable.
