  They were able to see me pretty quickly on my first visit, but my second visit after my hour session with the physical therapist I had to go back into the waiting room and wait another 30 minutes in the before I can see the doctor

  The location is great, but it’s mostly the younger nurses at the front desk be having slick attitudes, and most of them are very impatient other than that, the older physicians and the medical assistants are so kind and polite.

  When I walked in the door for my first time ever the lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable from the start. I did not have to wait long at all before my name was called to be seen. The male who did my drug test and TB test was just as nice and helped me get through the process at a very smooth manner. If I ever need to go through this process again this would be my go to location and would recommend to others as well.

  Me cobraron $185 por supuestamente sacarme un pedazo de metal del ojo, el metal sigue en mi ojo, no quisieron volver a atenderme, pague $185 de nada. RATEROS PESIMO SERVICIO They charged me $185 to supposedly remove a piece of metal from my eye. The metal is still in my eye. They refused to see me again. I paid $185 for nothing. THIEVES! TERRIBLE SERVICE

  If it were possible to give zero stars I would. I was told I had to get my blood work done at a Concentra office so that it would be covered by my Workman’s Comp. I did this and showed up for my follow up to review the results with the doctor and they did not have the results. They never requested that the lab send the results back to them so I had to reschedule my appointment. Also, they schedule you for follow up appointments with no discussion of availability or time. They also neglected to order all of the labs I needed the first time so I had to schedule a second appointment and go in for labs a second time. This company is terrible. Thank god I do not have a more severe injury that would make it difficult for me to get around. I can only imagine how frustrating this company must be for other people.
