    Iesha Karime and the new hire were great I went in for a drug screening and got snacks and nice service Ty ladies happy new year !!!!

    Long wait as is often expected but being feverish and super sick i got upset to hear that it may take 2 hours to be seen. Front desk worker with brown hair and lighter brown streak in it showed me compassion and she lit up when she saw that i made it out treated. Made me feel a lot better and her energy was very patient and kind with my insurance questions. Dr R was wonderful and efficient in her time, likely the only attending doctor for 7 rooms she had a good attitude and got me the meds i needed.

    AKA Ron, This location is fantastic, off the intersection of Milwaukee, Chicago & Ogden and a Blue line station. The service and attention to my needs were phenomenal. I didn't wait long at all after arriving to get a physical and drug test. Everyone in the office knew what they were doing, were very courteous and highly professional.

    The nurse who took care of me was amazing both times! . The desk staff is the only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars. They have attitudes and aren’t very friendly. They were talking to each other (personal business ) while I stood in line waiting to be helped twice. Questions were met with attitude.
