His crowns, night-guards, fillings and other work are always excellent--better than any dentist I ever had before him. He always has stood behind his work. Dr. Richter has always been very honest about the work he recommends. (Some dentists recommend thinks that do not need to be done in order to make more money but Dr. Richter has always been very honest in recommending only the procedures or work I need.) When Dr. Richter needs to use novocaine, he makes sure he numbs the area first. His manner is calming. I have never felt nervous when he works on my teeth. Dr. Richter is very personable and easy to communicate with. He has always answered any questions I have had. Dr. Richter is an A+ dentist---the best dentist I ever have had.

Alicia and Dr. Richter were great. I can actually say I enjoyed my dental appointment. Alicia did a thorough job on taking tartar off of my teeth and took the time to offer rid bits/advice on my teeth. I recommend this place.
