Blames others even her assistants for the results at end of treatment if you are not satisfied or feel pain. Go at your own risk.

She needed extensive work done, her regular dentist couldn’t get it done because she would start kicking and screaming. Luckily, I was able to find All Family Dental and Braces. They gave me an immediate appointment, treated my daughter with kindness and were very patient with her. They were able to get the work done. - CCCatherine CullumJul 23, 20252.0This place is dysfunctional! This place literally sucks up your insurance!!!! I have 3 kids and have taken them all here. I have been taking my oldest here for years now however my oldest daughter had about 3 cavities and yet they are all yet to be completely taken care of. I have had over 3-4 appointments for my oldest daughter alone. They have danced around the issue completely and made constant excuses as to why the cavities couldn't be all done in a timely fashion. It literally has taken 2-3 different appointments that have been scheduled out so far apart like 6-8 months. We are still scheduled for another appointment for the last cavity that's literally in November. We have been placed on the call list for an early appointment and it was scheduled 2 weeks ago but they cancelled it due to the doctor having an "emergency" so now we have to wait for the last appointment. My second daughter had 1 cavity they scheduled two appointments just for them to put a seal on her teeth to preserve them until her appointment because it was so far out. Now she won't be able to have the actual cavity removed until September. Today is my second appointment for them to place the seal on her teeth. Now after being home for hours they call to tell me I will have an out of pocket pay for my daughter's second appointment because my insurance isn't covering the second part of the procedure where they apply cream to her teeth to preserve them and yet again the cavity hasn't even been removed and now I have an out of pocket pay that I was never informed of and to me this is all unnecessary and could have been prevented! This all has been extremely inconvenient with the constant appointments for the smallest things and never having the issues completely taken care of. They tried to charge and get my card information over the phone so I asked them to send me the information thru email so I can read what the charges are exactly and what I'm being billed for completely. The message is encrypted and there isn't any balance or really explanation of what I'm being billed for. I feel like I have been patient with this clinic because it's not completely bad but there are definitely some issues here that need to be addressed.
