I counted 6 in the waiting room!!! Just in waiting room! I had to leave the building because it gave me an instant headache. There is no reason to have that many in a medical building. Those scents invoke medical issues for many people, as well as children. Most of the time, the receptionists seem like they don't want to be at work or helping people. They definitely need to improve on their customer service skills. The dental assistants have always been friendly and accommodating. The doctors have always been great and do their jobs. I will take my children there again but those plug ins need to go!

They went above and beyond my expectations! From the moment we walked in on 9/15/25 we were greeted by Ariola at the front desk. She was kind, welcoming, and made the check-in process quick and easy. I barely had time to sit down before we were called back. Alisha, the dental assistant, was absolutely amazing. She was so gentle and patient with my son, especially during his x-rays, and she took her time answering all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I asked if all the work would be done in one visit (because another office had told me that was their approach), and Alisha explained that it would not be all at once—and that I could stay in the room with him, which the other office did not allow. That reassurance meant so much to me. She even celebrated my son for doing so well and gave him a little surprise gift, which made him so happy! Shortly after, Dr. Vanney came in and was just as warm and welcoming. She explained clearly what work needed to be done and even offered me an appointment as soon as the following Monday, 9/22/25. Since I’ll be out of town, she quickly accommodated us for the next Monday instead, which still felt very soon and convenient. Overall, I felt completely comfortable and cared for at this office. The staff was professional, kind, and genuinely made both me and my son feel at ease. I’m so happy with the experience and grateful to have found this dentist for my little one.
