- CDClaudia DozalJul 14, 20251.0The technology seems great even though I just started (2 months in) and haven’t seen significant results yet. The service is horrible. One of my attachments fell and I haven’t been able to schedule an appointment to get them fixed for about 3 weeks already. Their availability is very limited if you actually need to see a person. Their start times are 10:00 AM the earliest and 4 PM the latest which makes it pretty difficult if you work full time. I also had an appointment scheduled within that time frame. I showed up and the place was CLOSED. I called and texted and nobody got back to me. Like I said horrible service and communication via text or the app is just as bad. Hundreds of texts just to make an appointment.

I need my smile touched up after I had braces as a teenager but I didn’t want the high costs of an orthodontist or the uncertainty of one of those “do-it-yourself” online apps where you never meet a real person (that’s just scary, who does that?!?) Anyway, I dropped in as I was shopping nearby and met their knowledgable and lovely staff experts. They were super friendly and accommodating and helped explain the whole process and pricing. The guy who helped me was really thoughtful and took time to make sure I understood everything. The best part is when I go back in for my fitting I’ll meet with the orthodontist. In person! An actual doctor! Sorry digital age but I still value the in-person approach to most things especially when it comes to my teeth. How the heck ppl do completely app-based aligners I’ll never know … Highly recommend this place plus the decor is cute and clean which is a must for me … the style of a space affects the users’ experience and my experience was great! :)
