Before my appointment, I called multiple times to confirm exactly what my out-of-pocket cost would be after insurance. Each time, I was told one amount, and I made sure to verify it several times so there would be no surprises. However, after my visit, the amount I owed suddenly changed. What was originally quoted as $100 became $180 at checkout. Then, even after I paid, I started receiving more emails and text messages saying I still owed another $70. I recently received a call from Najwa at the office threatening to damage my credit if I didn’t pay the extra $70. This was the first time they call me about this payment. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. If you value clear communication and honest billing, I would be very cautious about going to this office. Patients deserve transparency and respect—not surprise charges and threats.

The Dr, is Amazing and she does amazing work. and the whole staff is also amazing.
